Ray Charles In Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame (1986, 1999, ?2000)

Ray was inducted during the first Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame ceremonies, on 23 January 1986. In 1999 he inducted Billy Joel. He may have been present at the induction event in 2000 as well.
