The Jonathan Winters Show ran from 1967 to 1969, on CBS. Ray featured in episode 11 of the 1st season, on 6 March 1968. Ray performed Baby, It's Cold Outside and That's A Lie with The Raelettes. Jonathan also welcomed Donna Jean Young and the Four King Cousins. It seems as if the footage of this show is lost. The show was taped on 26 February.

I found this interesting fragment in the Arte TV-documentary Abgedreht! - Jazz mit Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone & Ray Charles (2017):



It contains the closing notes of Baby, It's Cold Outside, performed by Ray Charles and Raelette Alex Brown. The other backing vocals are delivered by Merry Clayton, Gwen Berry, and Clydie King.
This probably means that this episode of the Jonathan Winters Show has survived. Who knows more?
