A magnificent live album that covers two Ray Charles concerts, in Tokyo and Yokohama, from his November 1975 tour in Japan. That month The Ray Charles Show was booked in 23 major Japanese cities; the album was cut in the week of November 24th (source here), and was released in July 1976.
