Album (CD): Ray Charles Meets Dizzy Gillespie, Jazz File JF1005, S.a.
Recorded during their masterclass concert at the 1978 Montreux Jazz Festival. With Dizzy Gillespie (tp), Hank Crawford (as) and David Newman (fl, ts), Mickey Roker (ds), Kenny Burrel (g), George Duvivier (b).
I'm not sure where the title comes from (it may have been thought up by the guys of Jazz File Records, or by the people responsible for the Montreux Jazz Festival's database. It could also be that Ray just made up the words - he certainly didn't seem to have a full grab on the lyrics...
The tune is very similar to Doxy*, which Ray played once in 1974, while Dizzy also was familiar with the material.
