Ray Charles On American Bandstand? [NOT!]

American Bandstand was a pop music show that aired in various versions from 1952 to 1989, produced and hosted by Dick Clark, who also served as producer.
In April 1957 Ray also performed twice on the radio version of Bandstand. See this.
Ray made at least 2 live appearances in the TV show. One on a show that aired on 11 February 1970 (with Neil Diamond and Tammy Wynette), the other on a show broadcast on 23 September 1970 (with Arlo Guthrie and Liza Minnelli); both shows were taped at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. [Update 12 June 2013: these details were about two Johnny Cash TV Shows where Ray guested].

What'd I Say is listed on a Time Life 12 CD boxset plus 1 DVD, with video footage, titled Dick Clark's American Bandstand - 50th Anniversary. I also found a description of the Bandstand show that aired on 10 January 1962, where "Ray Charles - Unchain my Heart" is listed, but I guess that happened within the standard format of a studio audience dancing on a recorded tune.
Also read this, on the programme Ray Charles - A Man And His Soul, that was produced by Dick Clark.
