Ray Charles performed at the Black Heritage Festival in Toyohashi (Aichi), Japan, 7 July 1986. There are two media files floating around on the web. The first one is a well edited audio based on an FM radio broadcast. The other one is a copy of an umptieth generation video (see the clips below), probably taken from a pro-shot video (not a tv broadcast), that's 10 minutes longer than the FM version.
