Ray Charles Interviewed On The Tube (1985)

The Tube was an English pop/rock music television programme, which ran for five years, from 5 November 1982 until 1987. Ray Charles was interviewed on The Tube broadcast on 1 November 1985.

The interviewer was Jools Holland. The ITV/Granada Television archive shows some previews (partly additional to the clips below) here, with a total duration of about 10.5 minutes. For Jools also see this and this.

The Ray Charles Video Museum is a research project, documenting live performances by The Genius.

This blog is above all a Mediagraphy.
